The website is informational and serves to present DH Welding s.r.o., its welding services and to establish contact with prospective customers. It is not an online shop — you cannot order goods or conclude a purchase contract online through the site.

Information about services, the scope of work and references is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Section 43a of the Slovak Civil Code. The specific scope, price and terms of cooperation are always subject to an individual agreement.

3.Contact form and inquiries

Through the contact form you can send a non-binding inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not create any contractual relationship — it is a first contact to which we will respond with further information or a price quote.

You undertake to provide truthful information and not to use the form to send unsolicited, unlawful or harmful content. The processing of personal data from the form is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4.Intellectual property

The content of the site — in particular texts, the DH Welding logo and brand, graphics, project photographs, videos and their arrangement — is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
